Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate A Hydrophilic Endogenous Antioxidant

Overview：DropBrigt® SAP is a derivative of ascorbic acid and  a hydrophilic antioxidant in the body. SAP, as a derivative, improves the stability of ascorbic acid. After being absorbed into the human body or animal body, ascorbic acid can be rapidly enzym-atically dissociated by phosphatase to play the unique physiological and biochemical functions of ascorbic acid, protect the skin from free radicals, regulate the skin, and play the role of anti-oxidation and whitening.

As a strong antioxidant Ascorbic acid can achieve the purpose of anti-oxidation by destroying free radicals and reactive oxygen derivatives. When used locally, it can promote collagen synthesis and inhibit skin decolorization activity to reduce wrinkles, but ascorbic acid has poor stability.In the field of cosmetics, ascorbic acid can prevent the formation of melanin in the body, and can play a role in spot lightening, whitening and anti-aging.

Application:Whitening, wrinkle removing and repair products.

Dosage:  0.5-5 %.
 

Solubility: Due to its hydrophilic properties, SAP is highly water-soluble and can be prepared in 64%, 13.2% and 1.6% solutions in water, glycerol and propylene glycol, respectively.

Insoluble in ethanol, isopropyl tetradecanoate, decyl triglyceride and C12-C15 alkyl benzoate, so the ability to penetrate the skin is low.

Storage: Keep sealed at room temperature, away from light. 

Shelf life: 3 years.
