Recently, the highly anticipated "Nanjing Beauty Valley" officially opened its doors. Drop(Nanjing)Bio-Tech Co.,Ltd. together with its wholly-owned subsidiary DynaBio (Nanjing) New Materials Co., Ltd., has become one of the first enterprises to settle in the park. From now on, we have established a brand-new production and R&D base at Lülian Road, Yanjiang Subdistrict, Jiangbei New Area, taking significant strides toward our goal of higher-quality development.

Deepen technology expertise to overcome development bottlenecks

As a functional ingredient supplier deeply rooted in the beauty and personal care sectors, DropBio has always driven growth through technological innovation. With continuous growth in domestic and international market orders, our existing production lines have gradually reached capacity limits. Relying long-term on contract manufacturing to fill capacity gaps not only constrains production efficiency but also makes it difficult to fully meet overseas clients' demands for on-site factory audits and deeper collaboration. After extensive on-site inspections and comprehensive evaluations, we ultimately chose to establish our base in Nanjing Meigu. Its well-developed industrial ecosystem and concentrated upstream and downstream resources make it an ideal environment for overcoming our growth bottlenecks.

New plant layout with clearly defined functions

Entering the new facility of DropBio located in Building 10 of "Nanjing Beauty Valley", one finds a scientifically designed and well-organized layout with clearly defined functional zones:

l The first floor features standardized warehousing areas to ensure efficient material flow.

l The second floor houses cleanrooms meeting Class 100,000 GMP standards, strictly controlling product quality. 

l The third floor hosts a research and development center equipped with specialized laboratories covering all aspects including new ingredient development, application studies, and efficacy research, thereby strengthening the foundation for technological innovation.

Join hands and share the industrial ecosystem

Choosing neighbors wisely and moving forward together. At "Nanjing Beauty Valley", we have built a uniquely advantageous industrial "network of friends." Within the park, long-term partners such as United Aesthetics are just steps away, while upstream raw materials and downstream finished products are seamlessly connected, significantly reducing logistics and warehousing costs and making collaboration more efficient and convenient. Inside Building 8 of the park, the Research Institute for Comprehensive Utilization of Wild Plants under the China National Rural Supply and Marketing Cooperative Federation has established a research and smart manufacturing center, providing close access to top-tier scientific teams. When challenges arise in R&D, experts can be consulted right outside the door, ensuring solid support for our technological innovation. Leveraging the park's full industrial chain layout, companies no longer operate in isolation but grow together through collaboration, achieving mutual success.

New factory commences operations, significantly boosting production capacity

According to the construction plan, our new factory is expected to officially complete and commence operations in September this year—coinciding with DropBio's sixth anniversary. This new facility marks a fresh starting point and serves as the perfect gift for all Didian employees. Upon production launch, the site will achieve an annual output of 500 tons of DropBio® 3D Lubrigel and DropBotatur® Algae S, along with 200 tons of bio-based materials, significantly boosting our production capacity. This enhanced capability will empower us to better fulfill domestic and international orders and serve global partners more effectively.

Shared Ecosystem, Embarking on a New Journey

Beyond this, "Nanjing Beauty Valley" “shared ecosystem” has sparked even greater anticipation. The park features professional technical platforms and a shared factory spanning over 10,000 square meters, supporting both small and large-scale production as well as sample prototyping. In the future, it will further establish a shared patent pool, shared exhibition halls, and joint exhibition booths, seamlessly integrating technology, products, and market resources across the entire value chain. Moving forward, DropBio will take root in "Nanjing Beauty Valley"—this industrial hub—continuing to uphold craftsmanship and deepen technological innovation, delivering higher-quality functional ingredients to every customer. We also look forward to joining hands with all industry peers within the park to co-create a new ecosystem for the beauty and health sector and build a brighter future for the industry!
