Tetrapeptide-1 is mainly used in anti-aging and anti-wrinkle cosmetics series. Its functions include anti-aging, anti-wrinkle, the ability to reduce or remove skin imperfections such as eye wrinkles and crow's feet at the corners of the eyes, and the removal of wrinkles on the forehead due to muscle contractions.

Tetrapeptide-1 has an inhibitory effect on glycosylation, thereby reducing the problem of collagen fiber disorder and looseness to a certain extent and restoring elasticity; It can inhibit the permeability of blood vessels, reduce the entry of plasma proteins, sugar, and water into the eye and face tissues, and reduce the chance of edema.
