Not affected by external environmental stimuli and dry weather.
As we age, the amount of ceramide in our skin decreases significantly, leaving our skin dull and dry without it. After the age of 50, the amount of ceramide in the skin is only half of that at the age of 20, and it is essential to actively supplement ceramide in order to maintain the hydration and youth of the skin.
